Well, there is a way out of this situation. You can give the ordinary dish new flavors, namely bake dumplings in the oven!

  • sour cream - 50 g;
  • cooking oil for frying;
  • salt to taste;
  • spice.
Cooking:
  1. Cut and fry the onions.
  2. Pour salt, pepper, sauteed onion and chopped parsley into sour cream.
  3. Grease the heat-resistant form with oil and lay in rows of dumplings, pour onion and sour cream sauce on top. If desired, you can grate cheese.

An original and tasty will be a semi-finished casserole using different ingredients: mushrooms, various vegetables. Many will like dumplings in an omelet. They are preparing quickly and will certainly please the household.

  • milk - 0.5 l;
  • eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • cheese - 200 g;
  • dumplings (small) - 45 pcs.
Cooking:
  1. Beat eggs with milk, add a little salt, herbs, any spices.
  2. Grind the cheese and divide into two parts. Add one to the omelet.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • 1 egg

  • 1 onion;
  • 2 carrots;
  • 1 tbsp. a spoon of tomato paste;

  1. Sift the flour. Then introduce the egg, vegetable oil, salt everything, carefully pour water. Then sprinkle flour on the surface of the countertop and knead the dough.
  2. Cover the dough with cling film and leave to rest for 30 minutes. This will increase the elasticity of the product.
  3. The second stage of work is the preparation of the filling. Onions are finely cut or passed through a meat grinder, salted, pepper and added to the minced meat. Water flows in and everything is thoroughly mixed until smooth.
  4. The finished dough needs to be kneading again and halved, thinly rolled out each of the two parts. Lay out the filling, spreading over the surface. Wrap everything in a roll and cut into pieces of 3-4 cm.
  5. Fry onion and grated carrots with the addition of tomato paste, about 10 minutes.
  6. Place dumplings in the form, then onions with carrots, pour a little water. Salt, pepper, season with bay leaf.
  7. Cover with foil and bake at 190 degrees 40 minutes.

This option is semi-finished, probably the most delicious. Fried, they have a rich aroma and a delicious crust. Recipes can be very diverse. I propose to make them in combination with omelet and cheese.
